Remove Current Actual Costs
Use this option to clear the current reporting period actual costs. This may be necessary to correct errors in the data for the current reporting period.
- Select in the Navigation Menu. The main EVMax window displays.
- Select your project from the dropdown in the Ribbon Menu.
- Select the Admin tab.
- Click the dropdown in the Ribbon Menu and then click . A Remove Actuals dialog box displays.
- Accept the default setting in the dropdown. The default is the current reporting period end date.
- Click . The current reporting period actual costs are deleted.
What to Do Next
- Repeat the process you used to import the actual costs for the current reporting period to replace the data you just deleted. Either Import Actual Costs using an Excel file or Import Data Using a Template
