Recalculate Values

Tips:

EVMax automatically calculates other result values from the budget base values you enter or modify in the main EVMax window. For example, when you enter or modify labor hours, the direct cost and indirect costs such as labor overheads and G&A overheads are calculated for you. You only need to recalculate values when rates change or you have modified resource result calculations.

You control which work element values are recalculated using the work breakdown structure (WBS) hierarchy in the main EVMax window. Selecting a row automatically includes the selected row and all lower level elements. To recalculate values for the entire project, select the WBS level 1 row.

You can only recalculate budget values. When you have enabled the change control log for your project, only current and future reporting periods are recalculated. When the change control log is not enabled, all reporting periods are recalculated.
