Delete a Resource Assignment

The following steps assume you are using the Standard View Ribbon Menu option.

1. Select Home > Earned Value in the Navigation Menu. The main EVMax window displays.
2. Select your project from the Project dropdown in the Ribbon Menu.

3. Expand the WBS hierarchy as needed to view the work packages.

4. Select the work package row in the top pane.
5. Select the Resources tab in the bottom pane. The left pane displays the Budget, Earned, Actuals, and Forecast tabs, the Budget tab is enabled with a list of the resources assigned to the work package.
6. Select the resource row you want to delete in the left pane.
7. Click Delete in the Ribbon Menu or use the Ctrl + Delete shortcut. A delete confirmation dialog box displays to verify you want to delete the resource.
8. Click Yes.
